Viva España! Madrid government to create body to promote Spanish music around the world

In cooperation with the Cervantes Institute and other bodies, Ernest Urtasun's Culture Ministry has revealed plans to promote Spain's music industry and ride the increasing wave of successful stars like Rosalía around the world.
